All surf, kitesurf, rental and outdoor activities are subject to ocean, wind and weather conditions.
Schedules, instructors, meeting points and activity locations may be modified for operational or safety reasons.
Participants must follow instructor and safety guidelines at all times.
Ocean sports involve inherent risks. By participating in any activity, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Clients must inform the school about any relevant medical condition, injury or physical limitation before participation.
Minors must participate with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
Kitesurf rental is only available for independent riders capable of riding safely, staying upwind and performing self-rescue.
The client is responsible for rented equipment during the rental period.
Damage caused by negligence, misuse or inappropriate handling may result in additional charges.
Pickup and transfer times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, ocean conditions and daily logistics.
Participants must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Significant delays may be considered a no-show.
ProSurfing Company S.L. reserves the right to refuse participation if safety conditions, participant behaviour or technical level are not considered appropriate.
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during activities for promotional purposes unless the participant expressly requests otherwise.
The company shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during activities or transport services.
Force majeure situations including weather conditions, ocean conditions, natural events or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect schedules, services or bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to maintain professional organisation standards, fair working conditions for instructors and the best possible experience for all participants.
Activities require prior planning, logistics and instructor allocation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity, last-minute changes or no-shows are non-refundable.
Reprogramming requests are subject to availability.
Activities cancelled by ProSurfing Company S.L. due to weather, ocean or safety conditions may be rescheduled, refunded or converted into a voucher.
The company reserves the right to modify schedules or locations according to sea, wind and weather conditions.
Whenever possible, schedule modifications will be communicated in advance.
