Our Semi-Private Kitesurf Lessons are designed for two students who want to learn together with more personal coaching, clearer progression, and a more premium experience than a regular group lesson.

This format is ideal for couples, friends, siblings, or travel partners who want to share the session while still receiving close instructor guidance and a strong teaching structure. It offers an excellent balance between value and progression.

Semi-private lessons follow an IKO-based progression and are adapted to the level, confidence, and pace of both students.

A key part of this format is that two students share one kite as part of a professional teaching and safety method. It improves observation, timing, control, and safer progression while keeping the lesson more accessible than private coaching.

Schedule & Class Flow

Kitesurf lesson times are not fixed in the same way as surf lessons. The final schedule depends on wind conditions, tides, and the student’s level.

Exact lesson time is confirmed the day before or on the same morning according to wind, tides, and student level.
Most lessons take place in the late morning or around midday.
Sessions usually start from around 10:00 AM onwards when conditions are suitable.
Lesson location is selected daily according to the best teaching conditions.

Desde el primer momento, Paul nos transmitió cercanía, profesionalidad y una energía muy positiva. Se nota cuando alguien ama lo que hace, y él lo demuestra en cada detalle. Gracias a él pudimos vivir un día de surf que llevábamos mucho tiempo esperando. Tuvo un gesto precioso al permitirnos llevar dos tablas por el precio de una, para adaptarnos a cómo iban cambiando las olas. Ese nivel de atención y flexibilidad marca la diferencia. Además, todo el equipo fue encantador, siempre atento y con una sonrisa. El primer día no hubo condiciones para surfear, pero al día siguiente Paul compensó la situación regalando la tabla y algunos pequeños detalles que nos hicieron sentir aún más cuidados. Fue un gesto que valoramos muchísimo. A special mention goes to Paul, who was incredibly kind from the very first moment. He gave us a surf day we had been dreaming about for a long time. His attitude was not just professional, but genuinely warm and welcoming — you immediately feel like part of a small surf family. He was so helpful that he let us take two boards for the price of one, so we could switch depending on how the waves evolved during the session. That level of flexibility and understanding is rare. The entire team was extremely polite and friendly, creating a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. On the first day, unfortunately, there were no waves and I couldn’t surf. The next day, Paul gave me a board for free, offered me some surf gadgets as a gift, and made sure I could fully enjoy the experience. That kind of generosity is something you don’t forget. Every time I come back to Gran Canaria, I will rent my board from him — not only to surf, but also to spend time chatting, laughing, and enjoying the true spirit of surf culture. It was my very first time on a surfboard, and I’m incredibly grateful that I got to experience it with this amazing surf school. My instructor, Dani, was absolutely fantastic. He guided me step by step with so much patience, calmness, and encouragement. He explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and confident in the water. Thanks to him, I managed to stand up on the board several times during my very first lesson! He didn’t just teach me how to surf, he gave me an unforgettable experience and sparked what I think is a lifelong love (and maybe a slight addiction 😄) to surfing. He was so amazing that we’re actually driving back from the north to the south across the whole island just to surf with him again! The standard lesson includes around 2 hours of instruction, and the total experience is usually around 4 hours including transport and logistics. Please bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and dry clothes. A light wind jacket or hoodie can also be useful depending on the conditions.
